Back in November 4th, 2010 a new generation of technology hit the store shelves arguably being one of the most impactful changes in the gaming industry. The Xbox Kinect Sensor, was a revolutionary piece of technology that was unfortunately abandoned by Microsoft in October 25th 2017. Before they abandoned this technology, there was an additional Kinect Model that was produced for the Xbox One on November 2013 (Bundled in with the console at launch). Due to the Xbox One's poor launch during that generation, the Kinect was often hated for it being pushed in with the console. The price of the console along with the Kinect being bundled in resulted in backlash. As time went by, the Kinect was getting less and less support to the point where Microsoft officially stopped supporting the accessory. With the launch of the Xbox Series X/S, despite having the original accessory and the adapter (Kinect to USB Adapter), this accessory will not function on Next Generation Hardware. one of the last games that supported the Kinect in 2022, was Ubisofts hit title "Just Dance". Upon the next Just Dance game called "Just Dance 2023 Edition" they announced that there will be no Kinect support for the first time. The Xbox 360 Kinect was successful due to it being sold as a separate accessory rather than it being bundled in with the console like the Xbox One. Due to the Series X/S being sold as standalone units, it would make sense for Microsoft to add a Kinect Sensor that is compatible with the Series X/S as an separate accessory. This petition is to support the potential revival of this tech. Sharing this petition would only benefit and only takes a minute! Lets all form as a community to have more ways to enjoy videogames! 

P.S This new Kinect can even be futureproofed to work on Xbox VR (if it ever comes out or exists in the future!)
