Be it dawn or dusk, crimes and accidents tend to arise with the absence of efficient street lights. In the town of Mangaldan, Pangasinan, numerous inefficient street lights are found within the different areas which lead to townspeople's security at stake during night-time. The presence of quality solar street lights helps the townspeople to be secured and at ease from any possible threats. This project proposal prioritizes and concentrates on the necessary measures needed for the installation of new and sufficient solar street lights in the town of Mangaldan to ensure the security of its townspeople.

TANGLAW Campaign is committed to providing quality and efficient street lights to make a bright town with less risk of accidents and crime rates. Our campaign envisions maintaining the illumination to make the town constantly bright and risk-free. 

Our group, HAKXDARA organization, also aims to create a Change.org petition, Facebook page, and blog website to help accomplish our purpose and develop our town. We plan to create infographics and other useful resources regarding the possible risks of having insufficient street lights during night-time.
