Improve the Xbox Live enforcement team!

Improve the Xbox Live enforcement team!
Many gamers on the Xbox Network have been falsely suspended, banned or unfortunately, device banned.
Many gamers on Xbox Live have complained for years about Xbox Live's enforcement team and nothing has been done to improve the enforcement team.
When you are suspended from Xbox Live you are not able to use a few of the Xbox Live services such as messaging, voice chat, creating group posts, or sharing profile content just to name a few.
When you are banned from Xbox Live your account can not access Xbox Live leaving you with no choice but to either restart all of your gaming progress or attempt you appeal your ban.
When you are device banned from Xbox Live your whole device can not access Xbox Live. You also can not lift a device ban on Xbox Live as the enforcement team claims "All Xbox Live device bans are permanent and can't be lifted. A device ban is the result of a thorough investigation by Xbox in response to the most severe violations of our rules." What if you did nothing? Oh well, I guess you just have to buy another console and money doesn't grow on trees!
Plenty of people on Xbox Live who should have been suspended, banned or even device banned are still on Xbox Live. Many gamers have reported racism, cyberbullying, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, and DDoS attacks just for nothing to be done.
One of the major issues with the Xbox Live enforcement team is contacting them. There's little to zero way of contacting them so if you're falsely banned or suspended there's only one thing you can attempt to do which brings me to my next point.
When you are suspended or banned you are given a website to visit the enforcement website which isn't helpful at all. Support always feels like they are running slow, trying to lift a suspension or an account ban is far too hard, it feels unfair. This website isn't easy to use and it feels outdated.
The enforcement team feels like a group that abuses their power, there's nothing we can do against the enforcement team unless we all come together so that gamers can play and have a fair chance on Xbox Live. Gaming shouldn't be about being afraid of losing your account or your device's ability to use Xbox Live. It's all about having fun and bringing people together whether you're playing on the couch with friends or you're playing online with friends!
A lot of gamers use gaming as an outlet to cope with everyday life, some gamers use gaming to connect with friends and family or some gamers play just to have a bit of fun!
If the Xbox Live enforcement team is about making Xbox Live a better place it wouldn't be a bad idea to start with themselves and improve their support system so everyone can have fun!
