In India network operators like Reliance Jio are 4G LTE exclusive, so they dont have 2G/3G bands. At present with Microsoft Mobile namely Lumia 950 XL DS, Lumia 950 DS(both are flagships from Microsoft) you cant make VoLTE calls.

As most of the Android phones in market is natively built with VoLTE. These Android devices dont need jio apps to use VoLTE. In India lumia users are left with no option. Most of the Microsoft mobile users are in India and microsoft is doing nothing about.

With this petition we want Microsoft to update Firmware of Lumia 950XL DS/Lumia 950 DS and other Lumia 4G enabled device, so that it can natively support VoLTE.
