Bring the Forza Motorsport game to PC

The issue

The Forza Motorsport series is a fantastic game, but i don't want to go out and spend $500 for 1 game. Alot of people game on PC's and don't want to go spend more on a console for 1 game. They released Rome II son of war on both PC and Xbox, so why not do the same with Forza?
