Prohibit Michigan State Police From Conducting Roadside Drug Tests In Pilot Program being that it is against our 4th and 5th amendment rights. It is unlawful search and seizure of bodily fluids. We want to clarify that random roadside stops are not what we are against; however Cheek swab tests of any kind violate our rights as humans, and this is something we stand against. Minorities are already targeted and subjected to racial and socio-economical profiling; We as a community feel this will only intensify unjustifiable government actions towards a community of people who already feel oppressed and a need for validation after years of segregation, racial profiling.
