Donald Miller killed 4 women in the 1970s and attempted to kill 2 teenagers. Please let there be peace in the hearts and lives of the 2 surviving victims and others. Donald is supposed to be released in 2031 and it’s scary. I’ll be in my 20s by 2031, and I don’t want to be caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. Serial killers should never be given parole because they can be so unpredictable. What Donald did was truly terrible, and I wouldn’t want someone like him walking along the same streets that I am.
