Do dogs deserve this fate?!

Millions of Indians shed tears when a fictional Anarkali was killed by building a wall around her while she was still breathing and alive....

But recently 20 dogs and 20 monkeys have met with the same fate. It is time to do more than shed tears. Punishment for those who think that it is alright to murder animals. Strict laws against these criminals! The details of this horrendous death can chill your blood. I shall spare you the details and not share the distressing photos. But I believe anyone who has learnt this fact shall be moved to the core! I want you to use that disgust and anger you felt for these murderers and channel it towards fighting for a better tomorrow for all animals. Do not hold back, it is time to speak up and give a fitting reply to all those who take animals for granted.

We have been trying to fight these murderers since ages! All we ask is that the government supports us. Please help me fight this cruelty. This petition my first attempt.
