Please help me bring my children back home to their innocent mother. Cps removed my kids from school without and warrant, court order ever being seen first, that was 11 days after they came into my home and declared my children safe to be home with me,then they remove them on hear say?? It just don't make since!! the allegations do not have any real evidence, and I have been cleared of any findings! My families rights were violated, my family has been treated very poorly, our case has been handled wrongfully and laws have been broken, my kids have been and still are being harmed in these temporary placement foster homes, information has been withheld from me pertaining my kids mental health, wellbeing, their physical, emotional health, their placement, educational, and medical, I am being refused my court ordered visits with my kids, cos has not done extreme measures to reunify, the court order was altered, not by the judge but by the worker and juvenile officer, and there was never a judge present to do so. We have been lied to there also is not a timeline to when me kids can come home and very little paperwork, I have been denied to speak with my kids and see them, I have been denied to get a copy of my file after requesting! Cps have denied to place my child closet and stated visits could be different cuz of how far they had placed him, the worker has very poor communication with me and only calls for drug screen, she also showed very unprofessional behaviors in from of witnesses and was made to leave the room, my family has not been giving a fair investigation nor a fair hearing what so ever, we are being lied to, we have not been giving the opportunity to give our side of story, to give our evidence, we are being handed a corrupt and wrong hearing, we have been in the dark not knowing what is happening at court or with our kids,  my kids are being neglected and abused, they are poorly supervised and not approving anything by myself before so so with my children, cps is denying my request, and breaking laws, my son's have been injured multiple times in these home been hit by a moving car while riding his bike, had access to a rooftop and was placed into a facility for poor supervision, my daughter and son had administered drugs and alcohol with I these homes, and were smoking vape cigarettes, I was denied by a worker when asked for them to do a wellbeing check on my kids, the very next day an investigator found that my son had been injured and needed to go to the hospital, if that worker would have listened my son would not of suffered! plus so so much more has happened, so many laws broke, violated, and wrongful doings have happened! Please contact me for further details and to help me get them back home asap!! my children were safe at home with me and not doing any of these things what so ever and cps takes them and now all these horrible things are happening with my children, they deserve to be home with their loving caring and worried mother! Please help us, so many more families could be impacted by this corruption and not even know it, these children deserve to be with their parents and not harmed.
