It's useful that Bernard Keane in Crikey today examines the racism now rife in the Australian media. Some people have said our petition is 'censorship'. This is absurd. It is an anti-racist response to a powerful media figure and his editor and media organisation consciously deciding to promote racism, fear and intolerance. We don't own a media empire or have the ear of the prime minister.

It is also a perspective which manages to ignore the real hurt and fear that is felt by migrants and other 'minorities' targeted by Andrew Bolt and News Corp. Please help our petition reach the many thousands of people who stand for an anti-racist Australia.
