During the massive release in December, agencies that were reviewing and investigating were WVDEP, American Water, Homeland Security, and metro 911. WVDEP closed the case they stated nothing was found on site. More scientific finding were brought to the WV State Capitol and the case was escalated and reopened. Now Kanawha Charleston Health Department, DHHR and WVDEP are actively investigating again, per the capitol. They stated that there was some sort of finding and specialists were to be brought in on their behalf for further investigation. I'm not sure why WVDEP and the State Capital are not letting you, the public, aware of the situation. Especially people who live in the area. The last heavy concentration of foam in the creek with photographic evidence I have sent in was documented on August 8, 2022. DEP needs to take responsibility on this matter. I want answers on how long the well has been leaking, why it hasn't been stopped, exactly what is leaking, testing results from past and present, and why the people are not being notified. It is not going away, there is still foam in the creek to prove it. WVDEP when are you going to address the foam in the creek?
