WVDEP Why the Lies? The photographic evidence has been presented

An update was given to me today 9/2/2022. WVDEP reported that the creek is not adjacent to the leaking well that is owned by Diversified Gas, which obviously is not true. Above is a map of the flow of the creek. It shows point of origin from the well, spotted foam in the creek, and how it flows into the Elk River. The foam is only spotted going down stream Crouch Hollow which means it does not flow upstream in the creek going up Bakers Fork. WVDEP has once again failed to acknowledge this substance that is coming from the well into the water stream because of the little testing that has been conduced. The photograph of the point of origin that is included was taken in December 2021 on the site, about 30 feet from well during the mass release. If you take a look at production mapping, this well produced a large amount of gas after purchased by Diversified. More than it was producing in almost a decade. It was the same time there were heavy odors of gas and illnesses started getting more severe. Why would DEP lie and say that the well could not be causing this when they have received photographic and video evidence of the water directly on the well site. 

The following statement is taken directly from the DEP letter I received today. It states "There is no evidence of spillage, or runoff from this site. The creek is not adjacent to this location either. There is no evidence of any liquid leaving this location and entering the stream." which is false information. The abnormality of foam should've been acknowledged in January along with precautions and underflow damming to prevent this from going downstream. There is still foam concentrate to this day that is identical to the foam during the mass release. WVDEP lead investigator is no longer leading this case due to unknown reasoning. Citizens of Charleston WV, we need to take action and we need clear answers on what we have been ingesting.
