People around the world join Facebook and Instagram to stay updated on the lives of people they know in real life, however, much of the content that people have to scroll through in pursuit of seeing posts from their friends and family comes from 'suggested' pages that people never 'liked' or intended to follow. This significantly degrades the daily experience of using Facebook and Instagram. 

META, please stop feeding us content from pages/people that we don't follow on Facebook/Instagram.
