The Planning application is about to be validated and so the time bomb has started to the destruction of this lovely shopping parade. Just 13 weeks or less before the developers could be granted permission to carry out their plans. The vitality of the neighbourhood is going to suffer a lot if the 8 current shops are demolished and 3 mega retails units created. The local residents who are the biggest users of the parade will be impacted not to mention the livelihoods of the current shops who have been there over 25 years!!!
