We are asking for any development plans to the demolition of 8 shops and flats and replacement with 3 shops, 44 underground parking and 34 flats will have a negative environmental impact on the local community. The plans should allow for a similar number of shops with options for the current diverse businesses to remain should they wish to.

The Current mix of shops in the parade are very useful to the local community of all ages who benefit from the variety and personal services offered by the small family run businesses.
