Merlin Gardens - Hacking & Paterson - Shrubbery
The Issue
Dear Merlin Gardens residents,
Hacking & Paterson have decided to install shrubs in an area they have failed to maintain and have decided to charge us £1,000 for the privilege. Very few of us were made aware of any poll or vote on this matter and a few people have taken umbrage at this due to the fact the area was not maintained properly by H&P in the first place and other areas of the estate have been neglected. Remember they tried to charge us for planting new trees to replace the dead ones they killed due to lack of maintenance - it’s the same thing here.
H&P have also made their own rule where supposedly anything below £10 per home does not need approval from residents but it is the principle - we all live in expensive houses, we can afford £3. This stems from the fact there is nobody controlling them.
Let’s take back some control and have a vote to set the record straight and see how many people actually approve of their plans so sign the petition if you are AGAINST the proposal. If we can garner votes on here then this sets the precedent for future plans
