For the Western Australia Prison Parole Board to consider showing mercy towards Alve Borges in the upcoming decision regarding his parole. Alve Borges is currently suffering from liver failure, a dire medical condition that warrants compassion and understanding in his case.

Furthermore, employment opportunities have been secured for him, along with provisions for transportation arrangements to fulfill any parole conditions. Alve has sought solace in religious guidance and upon his release, will be connected with a church community for further support and guidance. The community at large stands ready to extend its gratitude by aiding in his rehabilitation during the limited time he has left.  

In addition, Alves Borges' loyal companion, Bullwinkle, has been eagerly waiting for his return at the front door. Their unwavering bond deserves the opportunity for a proper farewell, underscoring the importance of granting Alve's parole to enable this reunion.  

Alve Borges' life has been marred by a tumultuous upbringing and personal struggles, exacerbated by familial abandonment and societal challenges related to his sexuality. We witnessed Alve fall into a state of depression, triggered by manipulative individuals who exploited his vulnerabilities and shattered his hopes. Despite these setbacks, Alve has persevered, demonstrating a strength of character that deserves recognition and a second chance.  

In conclusion, I urge the Western Australia Prison Parole Board to show clemency towards Alve Borges, considering his precarious health, personal hardships, and his unwavering commitment to bettering the lives of others. Granting him parole would not only benefit Alve but would also symbolize a gesture of goodwill and compassion from the justice system.
