The latest case of rape, torture and subsequent cremation is of deep concern for timely and correct delivery of justice. As concerned citizens, we petition :

1. Ban cremation by State or Family in cases of rape and torture deaths

2. Ban cremation until justice is finally delivered and executed by the Supreme Court of India (including all options of pardon are exercised) and it gives special approval / permission for cremation

3. Preservation of the body until justice is delivered should be the supreme responsibility of the Government of the State.

4. Add this as special clauses in the NIRBHAYA ACT by calling a special Parliament Session. 

We feel this will go a long way in ensuring justice and speedy resolution of such heinous crimes.
