We have been waiting for our appeal hearing which had to be rescheduled from January. It is open to the public for anyone who wishes to attend, it is scheduled for Thursday, March 23rd at 8:45 a.m. at the Carroll County Circuit Court Courthouse located at 55 N. Court St., Westminster, MD.
