Nursing is a nobel profession, There are certificate to Phd Doctorate degrees are available in this profession which are very expensive such as fees and Duration,

After the completion of Degree student want to take higher education upto Phd Doctorate in nursing and desire to get best job in the nursing Field, but there is no any direct entry for job in any college because they have not create any post for Msc and phd pass out student,

so they have to join as a nursing tutor whose eligibility is only Bsc nursing , they can teach ANM And GNM Course and may work as a clinical instructor in Colllege of nursing.

In Government of Rajasthan 9 nursing colleges are run Bsc, Msc, degree course but in which there is no senction post for nursing professionals I.e. professor, assistant professor, associate professor and principal, only person who are eligible and qualified for these post they used as a professor without any appointment, creation of post, promotion, cadre and financial benefits.

So government should review the nursing cader and start UGC norms and UGC should include nursing subjects for NET/SLAT such as engineering or medical course and create new post of college principal, professor, assistant professor, associate professor, lecturer.

Due to above mentioned problem nursing student feels guilty and there money and time become spoiled.
