Petition Update : 04 April 2023 - 2,050 Signatures!!!

Thank you very much to everyone that has signed and shared this petition so far. This petition is not the only component of this mission , but it is a very critical one. The petition shows a numerical value of public support , that will be used to help influence the decision makers to make the right decision.

Another component of this mission is the video recorded testimony of those that served with SFC Jorge Otero. It has taken time to do the research that i have needed to prepare for these interviews . i will start conducting them shortly. These testimonies will be used as evidence for SFC Jorge Oteros medal(s) upgrade.
