Representative Harris has made a series of votes that impact the everyday lives of his constituents - his website is unclear on what he proposes replacing ACA with. Small business owners, independent consultants, Medicare/Medicaid recipients, and anyone dependent on the MD Health Exchange or private individual health insurance plans will be impacted by these votes. Even those with employer provided policies will feel the effects - those with preexisting conditions, women's healthcare needs, children on their policies, and so so many more.

Representative Harris' town halls have not been in person or not allowed many of the everyday people who are impacted by Representative Harris' votes to ask their questions uncensored. Constituent requests for meetings with Representative Harris himself have not been honored. He has a "full calendar" and is not available to meet with small business owners who rely on ACA provisions to stay in business.
