Anne Nichols is currently the Vice Principal and Director of Equity at McFarland High School. In a recent incident she was found to have said the N word to an African American student. The director of equity, subjected a young person of color to this. This is also not Anne’s first brush up with code of conduct stuff within a school setting. She tried to cover for her son and and disregard the safety of women in the school while he was going around pinching/touching their butt’s during school hours. Since the information of her and the slur have released, more stories of her past transgressions have too. For McFarland to say it “Does not tolerate the use of racial epithets or slurs or any type of harassment based on race” this lengthy time to take to get a decision is disheartening. Time we force their hand.
