Many countries in Europe now offer McDonalds gluten free options !! Large fast food chains have also embraced the need for gluten free options in the last 5 years such as Dominos pizza, 5 guys and Pizza Express.  The UK is one of the biggest McD consumers and yet we have NO gluten free here! I want to see the fast food giant move with the times and be more inclusive. Its working in Europe and it will be huge here in the UK!!
