With reference to recent update which is as under:

No further extension of time beyond 15th September 2018 is being accorded for filing DIR-3 KYC (without Fee). All filings thereafter will attract a Fee of Rs.5000. Stakeholders may kindly note and plan accordingly.

But it may be noted:

• that site was not responding properly during the day and till evening it is not allowing to upload any form.
• that there use to be PAN validation errors 
• that the preparation of new digital signature with new guidelines is difficult, especially foreign directors faced much troubles

Considering the above facts it is requested to extent the date of filing of DIR - 3 KYC till 30th September 2018 at least. thanks!
