Hi all, I just wanted to reach out to let you know we’ve just passed 792 signatures on our petition! Thank you so much for your support!

We first posted this to get a sense of the level of support for the kid’s to have a bike track in the Mosman community.  We have been absolutely amazed by both the support and interest in giving the kids some space to roam the great outdoors safely & healthily.

We want to thank Joseph Carrozzi, Chairman of the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Trust, Mosman Councillors Roy Bendall, Simon Menzies & Jacqui Willoughby and Mosman Mayor, Carolyn Corrigan for all being so pro-active and engaging with the kids and this idea for them.

We’ve learnt a lot about the democratic process and have quickly come to realise that we need all your support to ensure we can do everything needed to get a bike track up and going.

Mosman Council has put out a Survey, Imagine Mosman 2032 and we’re advised that this is a really important document that will shape the Council’s decision making in what facilities they will support and create for us in the Mosman community.  So, can we ask you to cut & paste this web link into your web browser or click on the link attached:

and complete the Survey.  It needs to be done by Friday, August 27, 2021.  To show your support for a bike track, in question 4, write ‘create a bike track within the Mosman community’

As a further update, we’re meeting with Joseph Carrozzi this afternoon to discuss how we can work together with the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Trust and the various groups interested in this magnificent part of Mosman, to both allow the kids to have an interim safe and fun bike track, as well as a permanent solution.
