Recently the CRA of Boynton Beach is giving ANOTHER developer 90 days to get feedback on building ANOTHER mix use (residential and stores) behind HURRICANE ALLEY RAW BAR AND RESTAURANT where currently there is a PARKING AREA for people to come enjoy downtown. Without this parking we will more than likely be forced to close after 25 years of supporting this dissolute part of town. After helping build it up, they want to tear us down!! Help STOP this travesty and SIGN today. Show our leaders what we really want!! SUPPORT LOCAL!! We have supported them now its our turn for them to support us!! Our City caters to a working class and we do not want to become another concrete jungle, congested,  overpopulated and NO where to PARK!!

Look around you and realize the buildings and storefronts they have already built are vacant and gives a bad look. Residential is not at full capacity so why are we still building and NOT redeveloping, which I think that's what the CRA stands for or at least is suppose to stand for. I want LEADERS that will fight for their businesses that are here not developers that come and go!!

The C-19 may not destroy us but the CRA just may! Its a sad day when the struggling worker gets kicked again and BIG DEVELOPMENT wins.. Lets not let this happen!!

A note: A Train Depot was discussed once upon a time..Our conceptual plan would provide shops, restaurants and parking. we need to just eliminate the Apartment condos so we can have a Business downtown..maybe a hotel and an entertainment district..just a sole business owner thoughts
