Animal abusers face little to no punishment even with irrefutable evidence. This gives them pretty much a free pass to abuse animals and torture them in ways unimaginable.

The laws are nowhere near harsh enough to punish the perpetrators. The sentence should be at least doubled so actual change is made. It should also be illegal to be in possession of or distribute videos of animal abuse/death. 

A large reason is people who find these videos online, especially younger children, can be traumatized when coming across some of this content. Secondly, it shows people animal abuse is alright and that if you participate in it, you’ll most likely not be punished. It also leads to crush fetish/crush porn being more common. This is the act of, typically a woman, crushing small animals (dogs, cats, rabbits) to death in a sexual manner. 

Crush porn is not hard to find. You can find it on YouTube, google, Instagram, and pretty much all popular sites. Crush porn should have severe consequences as it is unnecessary torture and savagery.

A woman named “Ebony Crush Goddess” is one of the few people to actually be punished. She had a small cat, and talked to it in a sexual manner. She then tied up its legs, chopped off its paws, decapitated it, and got sexual with it. This was one of dozens of videos all following the same premise. And for all the torture and brutal murder she committed, she only got a 10 year sentence. That is pretty much 4 months per murdered cat. This is unacceptable, and the only way to prevent it is by having a much harsher punishment to scare people off.

This torture is not OK. The laws need to be much stricter to stop this ever growing problem. If you don’t think increasing the laws is necessary, go watch an animal crush video, or videos of puppies tied up getting skinned alive and burned alive, then dismembered. 

It has been scientifically proven that torturing and killing animals is common in most murderers and psychopaths. For example, Luka Magnotta. He killed a few cats online and tortured them but had no charges against him. Since he wasn’t punished at all it led him to murdering a dismembering a person.

Adam Redford was a kingpin of crush porn, having several models killing frogs, chickens, pigs, and even household pets. Adam, as well as his models, both got no punishment and no jail time. There was no justice

This will never end unless people become more wary of the harsh sentence it can hold. If you were to torture a dog or cat to death in the most painful way right now, you’d most likely just be given a slap on the wrist. If people treat cats and dogs like that, how will they treat other vulnerable people?
