The Issue

More than two dozen NO HUNTING IN SEVEN HILLS yard signs have been stolen, vandalized, or modified to change the original intent. Residents have tried to file complaints, but Seven Hills police have refused to accept written complaints. Today, when I tried to file a formal complaint with all the names and addresses of rez whose signs have been taken or destroyed, the officer demanded I produce a receipt proving that I own the yard signs. He refused to accept my complaint. These signs are FIRST AMENDMENT right to free speech. Their theft and vandalism is a Constitutional violation by illegal trespassers who've stolen/vandalized our signs on others' private property.
