Every Calgarian has experienced parking tickets. What if we can make our unpaid 2019 Calgary Parking Tickets into a positive thing for Calgary food banks?

There is a tremendous need in Calgary right now, and we'd like City Council to let Calgarians pay their unpaid parking tickets with a Food Bank donation...instead of money.
