CPS schedule

Hey friends - thanks for signing this petition.  It was intended to be a quick message to CPS and the Mayor that summer is important for our kids' social and emotional development (essential to education IMHO), and that they should seriously consider options.

We understand that, not mentioned in news reports or the CPS 'survey,' the school calendar is subject to collective bargaining with teachers.  Clearly there are multiple ways the school calendar could be configured.

You can continue to share this petition link, and encourage folks to do the CPS survey - it requires you to pick one of their two options, but we can add comments that we want more options.

Thanks!!!!
