Crystal Nielsen sent us the following email : "Morning, I have comments about the water that runs through our taps now. Straight to the point... I can taste a change, it tastes like baking soda. The taste lingers long after I have drank it. I now try to avoid my tap water, and get water in jugs from places in Thunder Bay that are not getting this chemical added to date. Sodium Hydroxide~I didn't want this added to my drinking water. I boil my kettle 2x or more if I cannot get water from a friend's house, and still I taste that stuff. My stomach does not feel right after a cup of tea with the NEW tap water, it rolls and gurgles, just not the same anymore if I have to drink this stuff. Nausea right now, after drinking my cup of tea this morning...and I have tried to get used to it, but my body can't. Hence, I am not pleased with the new water, I want my old water back, with out this new chemical. Showering~my eyes are red and itchy now. Doing dishes, the water is affecting my skin, there is a burning sensation.
