On Monday, November 20 the Toronto's Community Development and Recreation Committee, which is responsible for life-saving shelters, will be dealing with lofty and extremely long-term shelter plans. However, the emergency is today and community leaders will be coming to the committee to demand the immediate opening of more real shelter spaces. These councillors have a chance to act: James Pasternak, Paula Fletcher, Michael Ford, Joe Cressy, Kristyn Wong-Tam. Will they or won't they?
