Today Social Planning Toronto released an open letter that was delivered to Mayor Tory yesterday. The letter, signed by 31 organizations expresses their "deep concern and the urgent need for action to protect people who are homeless in Toronto this winter." It asks the Mayor to open the armouries or facilities of equivalent size.
