Mayor Tory: Paul, Kevin, Scot and Frenchy have a message for you.

CBC produced this story which aired on The National last night. In the two weeks since it was filmed 13 more names have been added to the Toronto Homeless Memorial. Please watch. It features four articulate and brave men who describe the frustration, humility and pain of being stuck in overcrowded shelters and an outdoor encampment. 

On Tuesday, December 17 starting at 9:30 am, Toronto City Council will begin their two day meeting that ends the year. They will be voting on a housing report that does nothing for the immediate homelessness emergency. 

2019 ends with 995 names on the Homeless Memorial.
