Raqueebah Darby C/O Andrew Branch Safe Roads Law
Sep 10, 2019

Let me tell you all the story about my little brother Andrew Branch Aka TheBul AB his biker name.  He was raised up with my son his  nephew Oliver Sykeem Burbage who is 2 years his senior in my paternal grandparents house by my father with the help of my grandparents. Andrew comes from a family line of longshoremen (dock workers import export) my dad worked along side his dad and Drew along side his. He worked as a longshoremen  for 11 years. My brother wasn't perfect none of us are but he was a good person loyal friend son uncle brother and father loved children & all children loved him. He  loved his family friends and his children to no end an Awesome father. Would give the shirt off his back to you if he thought you needed it more. He was an artist  he did tattoos  and could draw anything just by glancing at it. Andrew was starting the process to become a home owner he was a single father  raising his son Mikey on his own with the help of his loving girl friend  Ciani Morris  working hard coaching and mentoring a football team  who adored him his son was also a team player the parents and coaches loved him. He  mentored kids to keep them out of trouble. He recently moved his mother in and was her full time caregiver.

He was so loving affectionate compassionate caring nurturing empathetic to other peoples needs well mannered a gentleman respectful and he was silly he would keep you laughing! Always upbeat and positive no matter what he may have been going through. The life of every party! Always dancing making up dances and teaching us!
He should have been a choreographer. Andrew had over come many obstacles in his life. My brother had so much more life to live for him for his kids for his mother  his father for all of  us It hurts and isn't fair for his life to be cut short by a pothole as he was traveling from work to coach his sons football team Drew never missed a day of school, work or coaching.  Could you imagine what his son fellow coaches girlfriend & team were going through worrying wondering &  calling Drew with no response to find out what happened how about his father who works with him everyday to go to work and everyday thinking for a moment your child is here then someone gives their condolenses and  you relive that your child is gone. A sister to hear the heart wrench pain in her father's voice living 600 miles away. To awaken to find out your 29 year old young vibrant brother has passed away it's all too much to bear!  Im going to keep posting and reposting Drew's petition the city must be held accountable and make things right by fixing the streets of Philadelphia! Help me get to a 100,000 to make an impact for change we refuse to allow another life to be taken. This is my healing to fight for my brother.

I want A law in Andrew Branch name that every pothole reported to the city's designated number example 215-4An-drew be covered with medal plate with in 24 hours and  repaired with in 72 hours of receiving report. This my goal I speak it into existence! I don't want another life lost! I don't want anyone else hurt due  to a pothole! One life lost is too many!!! Thank you all for signing!!
