Moomba swim school located in Seaford has been serving the community for over 20 years teaching our kids life lessons and to swim. The vast majority of my extended family have all learnt to swim at Moomba. We have recently discovered a move from PARC management to discontinue  the hiring of lanes out to the school on Tuesday and Friday nights due to impact on other swimmers. However most nights the vast majority of users at PARC is the swim school itself which begs to question what is the true reason for this decision. With the increase in drownings this year and even the Federal Labour opposition telling us in the federal campaign the need to learn to swim makes this decision even stranger.
