Mark your Calendars North County San Diego, it's time to rally! Bring all your friends and family to Encinitas City Hall on Wednesday October 30th at 5:15 pm.

Let's flood the entry courtyard with people and signs demanding our Mayor and City Council make amendments to the ordinance that will actually protect us. 

There will be a panel of activists educating and fielding questions for the media.  After the press conference, starting at 6 pm there will be a hearing inside city hall where the council will discuss their updated ordinance. We shall see what they have come up with.

Unfortunately the law firm being used to guide Encinitas City Council in writing the ordinance is pro telecom. We are not expecting much promise, but we will be ready to challenge it.

The Stop 5G Encinitas activist group is working with an amazing attorney who has translated the ordinance and pointed out the many covert holes which leave us totally vulnerable. We are presenting the city with our revised version based on his recommendations that would protect us as much as possible while keeping within the draconian laws of the FCC. 

We are hoping/praying there will be changes made to these unconstitutional laws as myriads of cities revolt. (which they are). Then we can restore our local government control and kick the telecom overlords out of our neighborhoods for good. 

This is why we need to gather in the masses on the 30th. It will make a difference...we are the revolution.
