Thank you all for your support and valuable feedback on the redevelopment of the Johnson Reeves Center. We’ve incorporated many of your ideas and are excited to share a preview of what’s to come:

🔹 First & Second Floors: A diverse mix of high-end and budget-friendly retail spaces.
🔹 Third Floor: Home to several DC government agencies, including Traffic Control Management, the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), the Department of Public Works (DPW), the Fire Department, the Advisory Neighborhood Commission, the LGBTQ Office, a full-service DMV and Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, and the return of the DC Lottery to its original location.
🔹 Fourth Floor: A fully equipped fitness center with Pilates and yoga studios, community meeting rooms, a beauty salon, and a barber shop.

Exciting New Features:
✅ BET will occupy the top two floors.
✅ The NAACP will have a dedicated floor.
✅ Suggested hours: 7 AM to midnight, with options for 24-hour access.
✅ Rooftop Dining: Annie Mae’s American Fine Foods will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
✅ Sports & Entertainment: Get your Wizards, Commanders, and Nationals tickets here! Plus, enjoy live betting while watching your favorite games.
✅ Gaming & Nightlife: The center will feature Bingo nights, casino-themed events, and live shows for an exciting evening out.
