He too has sign this petition and is on board with honoring Jimmy! That's right, the legendary guitarist is spreading the word about this petition. And thanks to him, the numbers double in one day!

How did I find this out? When I logged into Instagram last week I saw that I was tagged in a post that was originally created by Jimmy's coworkers at I need more. As a preteen who had a Guns N Roses poster on his wall and an Appetite for Destruction back patch on his Mini denim jacket, I never thought something like this would happen.

And thank you to Duff's alcohol abuse center in Brooklyn for doing the same

But enough about me, I shared details about our next steps in my previous update. Once we get to the 5000 signature mark I was considering sending out some letters to the local officials. And all of you are welcome to do the same. But we still need  to keep sharing on social media, and when doing so please include this hashtag in any of your posts #HonorJimmyWebb . One key thing that I do need help with is rounding up some volunteers to physically go down the same marks and get signatures from the people who live on the Block and have stores there. Their support is extremely necessary for this to happen. So if anyone's interested in doing that please contact me.

Also, I was thinking about having some buttons made up to give to the people on the Block as a thank you for their support. I would love to hear some ideas as to what picture should be put on the buttons, and what should be written on them. Feel free to reach out to me with any suggestions, or if you would like to volunteer to go down to st. Marks. natedalcais[at]gmail.com

A huge Thank you to all of you once again, we are so close I can feel it! Have a great rest of your weekend, Nate xoxo
