We are asking the mayor's office to address the constant fireworks heard at all hours.

These are not merely a nuisance, but extremely traumatic for service members with PTSD.

Mayor Walsh, please develop a plan to stop the constant, unsettling noise.  The citizens of Syracuse thank you.
