The Whaler Guys, Peter Hindle and Jerry Erwin, are calling on all Whaler fans to help make this a very popular change. According to the Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles, as seen on 'Face the State' WFSB, Hartford Whaler fans can petition the State Legislature to issue Hartford Whaler Vanity license plates.
