i have been sent reports from the Department of Health and GKN. I have added to my original petition to clarify some points. Pilot projects in certain areas have showed how significant savings can be made. However it appears they have not been successfully rolled out across all regions and I am asking the Department of Health how can be achieved. More in due course.
