Dear Supporters, this petition has prompted so many positive responses and personal stories. I have been contacted by a lady in her 80s who has been on medication for various ailments over the years. She has her medication delivered by the Pharmacy who generally do a smashing job. Occasionally however the system fails and she receives medication intended for someone else but dispensed in her name in error. She has returned this medication promptly, assuming it will be passed on to the right person, but has been told that it has to be destroyed even though it has not been opened and is completely fresh. MORE WASTE!
