Matt Kaufman is the Chief Safety Officer at Roblox. 

A Chief Safety Officer, or CSO for short, is someone who makes sure that the platform is a safe place, makes sure that new safety features are put in place, and ensure any safety incidents that happen will be taken into account and used to help improve the platform.

Matt Kaufman has not done any of this whatsoever, and is completely unqualified to be in this position. I will be providing some examples into why he is unqualified, and should RESIGN immediately from his position as Chief Safety Officer. 

1. The response to banning Roblox user TheOfficiaITeddy, taking nearly TWO WEEKS of community backlash to finally get this user off of the platform, after Roblox claimed that action was taken against him. The supposed reasoning on why it took so long was because they needed to "investigate" it. Even after this person's account got deleted, the damage had already been done.

2. Roblox's use of AI moderation has lead to false flags. There was recently an exploit that went into a famous account's inventory, looked for any content that Roblox's AI deemed "inappropriate", and got the person in question either banned or deleted. Multiple UGC creators and even Shedletsky himself has gotten affected by this. Meanwhile a ton of TOS breaking content used for inappropriate purposes remain on the platform as I write this, even despite many reports being placed.  

3. Matt Kaufman only cares about money, and himself. Due to Roblox's lack of action, many Roblox users step up and go public on the issues happening. Currently, there are over 400 Roblox users in at least nine states officially documented that are suing the platform due to lack of safety on the platform. Instead of taking action on bad actors as soon as they are made aware, they want to not only ban the people HELPING Roblox to get these bad actors off of the platform, but SEND a CEASE and DESIST to anyone that brings attention to the public on any safety issues that arise. On August 7, one day before Roblox sent a C&D to Roblox user Schlep, they silently made an announcement on their newsroom on how Roblox investigates "Potential Threats to Safety". In this statement, they mention "Vigilante Groups". In this statement, ANYONE that goes out and goes public about any of the issues going on is getting deleted off of the platform. You guessed it, Matt Kaufman wrote that statement. 

Instead of using the public backlash to help improve the platform, they instead want to take action against the people doing it, and helping the platform become a safer place. And the sole responsibility for all of this is because of him. Because of this, I am officially calling for his resignation IMMEDIATELY.
