Due to the economic state, the government Travel Ban and the advisories by the by the World Health Organization to not travel with a united effort to control the spread of the virus and the detrimental economic impact that it is making, all credit card companies should be offering a full refund - insurance purchased or not - for all travel booked prior to Feb 26, 2020 and traveling between March 12 - March 31, 2020.

Many families, businesses and individuals have already been impacted here and cannot afford to lose such money and dreams/experiences at the same time.  The credit card companies have the money to compensate these parties for the losses and damages.
