We request that the time in between gun license renewal periods is shortened and the difficultly of gun tests is increased. 

Too many unnecessary shootings happen in the U.S because of mentally unstable gun owners. Rates of mass shootings, suicides and accidental incidents are too high and continue to increase. Shortening the renewal time will help us identify people who over time have become unable to own a firearm and prevent more horrific deaths from happening in the future.
