Thank you to everyone who has signed this petition that asks Government  leaders protect our Elders from predatorial lawyers & Guardianship Companies committing misuse of law in Probate Courts to take legacy wealth that they saved for their later years costs of living. 

Please keep sharing and posting it in all your social media. When we reach 10,000 it will be given to every Governor (50) of this nation to impose stricter laws protecting families from Guardianship abuse asking that they criminalise anyone involved in this practice.

America was brought the truth & facts in the cases with John Savonovich of Needham,Massachussetts & Charlie Thrash of Texas who lost everything they owned, people they loved, while being forced into Nursing Homes & administered drugs they never asked for or needed by Netflix Films.

With Baby boomers the majority demographic in our nation, these Cases & the potentially hundreds of thousands of more like them, truly merit investigation by law enforcement. 

We hope that John & Charlie's Cases will be re-opened by The Supreme Court to make example of all involved who misused their power & broke laws in Probate Courts to gain property and legacy wealth from our most vulnerable. This is what @Netflix exposed in their DIRTY MONEY Series "Guardianship Abuse".  Thank you Netflix for opening our eyes to the dangers of being older.
