@Netflix did a Guardianship Abuse film was an outstanding series "DIRTY MONEY" sadly withdrawn by Netflix due to the Atty who according to Netflix interviews citing Mr. Savanovich & his daughter Lisa Belanger comments that he allegedly tricked Elder John Savanovich into releasing his Estate & Legacy wealth to him while insuring he spent his days in a Nursing Home drugged. Within weeks his life was rewritten by this unethical action.

All kinds of legal access was given this Atty who Netflix shows reduced his life to a mentally incompetent man. Imagine watching your life home torn down, the properties you invested in all your life so you could have a comfortable elder life span in care you chose--taken from you left with nothing but a cheap care home & drugs to numb your outrage and ability to sue this Atty. which was an intent of John's. 

Savanovich's daughter is believed to have been kept from seeing her own father. Mr Savanovich did not know the Contract he was signing having no other lawyer to refer the papers to and lost everything but the costs to live out his days in a nursing home NOT AT ALL HIS CHOICE. The Guardians involved and this Atty amassed a great deal of money from the properties lost by Mr. Savanovich's naive trust that an Atty. meant you were honest, ethical & law abiding. The luxury development from those properties benefits all to this day, developers, the Atty and more in Needham Massachusetts. Netflix showed the homes sold by the Atty then the aftermath of all property turned into luxury condo massive homes.

All this was made possible by the Probate Court at that time.  What is the process for choosing a Probate Court Judge? What is their history? In law? Business? Justice? How does a family member find all that out when so little is found online?

Probate Court Fraud, largely, goes unchecked, we trust the Judges, lawyers and Guardianship companies to be honest, ethical people. This is not always so and not being involved in your parents' legal protections during their golden years is like them dumping us in a trash bin because once condemned to a Nursing Home they lose independence, liberty & can even prevent you seeing them by banning your access.

Get a second opinion from a lawyer not involved. Double check every legal clause don't let what happened to Charlie Thrash in San Antonio TX happen to you. A very distant cousin obtained Guardianship, removed him from his mechanic shop that was a happy home to Charlie where he built legacy wealth all stolen by the fraud committed by all involved. The case still faces legal process because his wife was denied all visits and his family with her all denied access, intimacy & companionship. He's still fighting this misery because of what his Cousin did charging all four lawyers she hired to insure he got nothing but costs for her supervision/expenses & lawyers expenses.
