On 12/29/19, a thirteen year old girl was killed by one of their employees. The employee was leaving a company party, after consuming excessive alcohol and drugs. Furthermore, another thirteen year old girl was severely injured due to this accident, and is currently undergoing a multitude of surgeries.

This company is supposed to be responsible for highway safety, while these actions represent the opposite of this. With the state allowing for this company to still operate on our roads is a total disregard to the safety and protection of its citizens. 

By getting rid of these contracts will send a strong message to the community that in Massachusetts individuals and companies are held accountable for their actions, and will as well give friends and family of those injured the justice they deserve.
